Jason Fair is the CEO of Genesis Consulting, a strategy and management consulting company. He is one of the founding Partners and is focused on delivering ERP solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively. He is nationally recognized as a thought leader in the Agile community innovating the delivery of ERP solutions using Lean, Agile, Kanban and Design Thinking. Jason has been working with his clients to challenge the traditional ERP waterfall delivery approach to incorporate Agile techniques to increase the productivity of project teams and accelerate the benefits realization of ERP initiatives.
Jason is a Certified SAP Consultant, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is recognized as an expert in ERP and Agile and continues to drive innovation for Lean and Agile ERP implementations. Jason is a regular speaker at SAP, ASUG, Agile Alliance, Scrum Alliance, PMI, universities and various industry conferences.
Jess Long is an Agile Transformation Specialist at Entech Consulting. She is currently working as an Enterprise Level Coach within Information Technology at Barclays in Wilmington, DE. She previously held a leadership position in the Technology sector of Bank of America where she worked for over 15 years. She played an intricate role in the organization’s initial stages of their Agile Transformation, being part of the first team to transition away from Waterfall.
She is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and an Agile Certified Practitioner with the Project Management Institute (PMI-ACP.) Jess has published multiple Agile related articles and has a patent pending for “Unified Recovery System for Payment in Arrears”
When she is not serving her teams in the workplace, she can be found on the beach with her 5-year-old daughter and 2-year-old identical twin boys or kayaking along the shoreline.
Dr. Alistair Cockburn (pronounced Cō-burn) was voted one of the “All-Time Top 150 i-Technology Heroes”for his work in creating and steering Agile software development.
He co-authored the Manifesto for Agile Software Development and the “Declaration of Interdependence,” created the first Agile Software Development Conference, co-founded the Agile Project Leadership Network, served on the board of the Agile Alliance, designed the Crystal family of agile methodologies, and co-founded the International Consortium for Agile.
