What my teams appreciated most about Heart of Agile, is that using a collaboration as a motor to drive reflection, we improve our processes whatever they are.
Background
Mid-way through a software engineering degree, Djordje ran off with a circus. After several years as a circus acrobat, Djordje (pronounced “Georgie”) returned to tech life. Now he coaches teams using all he learned about people and unexpected events in the circus, and teaches acrobatic yoga on the side.
Why Heart of Agile
As an engineer one of my favorite quotes is “If it works, don’t fix it.” What my teams appreciated most about Heart of Agile, is that using a collaboration as a motor to drive reflection, we improve our processes whatever they are. For me it has been a platform to build on, so that whatever is the state the team is at the moment, they can use it to improve the aspects of their work and improve the collaboration as well, most importantly teams improve the way they improve themselves… a common thing in my life now, is talking to the members of the teams I worked in in the past, about how they used what we did in the workplace and applied it to a life situation they encountered. There really is nothing in Heart of Agile that is software / technology specific.
