DESCRIPTION:The Heart of Agile: Denver \nSometimes when we are trying to be Agile in a larger scale we can get caught up in the processes and lose sight of the Agile mindset. A few years ago Dr. Alistair Cockburn started a movement called The Heart of Agile to help simplify Agility and bring focus back to the core principles. He is currently working for NetApp in Boulder as a Sr. Program Manager/Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Outside of work David enjoys hiking\, paddle boarding\, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and craft beer. \n
