The Heart of Agile: Denver
Sometimes when we are trying to be Agile in a larger scale we can get caught up in the processes and lose sight of the Agile mindset. A few years ago Dr. Alistair Cockburn started a movement called The Heart of Agile to help simplify Agility and bring focus back to the core principles. In this talk we will look at what the Heart of Agile is and how you can use it to ensure you don’t lose your Agility in your efforts to scale your Agile Framework.

Speaker Bio:
David Wallace is an passionate Agilist with 24 years of experience in software development. This workplace experience coupled with a degree in Psychology allows him to live his life purpose: Helping individuals (and organizations) to be the best version of themselves they can be. He is currently working for NetApp in Boulder as a Sr. Program Manager/Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Outside of work David enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and craft beer.
