The Heart of Agile is a movement to radically simplify your approach and achieve outstanding outcomes. Come discover how focusing on these core tenants of Agility can help you no matter what industry\, framework or level of experience. And at the heart of it all\, how bringing yourself makes all the difference in the world.\nThis is a workshop based talk where you will have opportunities to learn from other Agilists in attendance and also to share from your own experiences so others can learn from you. It will be highly collaborative and interactive. And at the end you will learn how you too can join the growing community in the Heart of Agile movement.\n\n\n\nSpeakers \n\n\n \nDavid Wallace\nAgile Coach\, Xero\nI am an Agile Development enthusiast. I believe that developing and delivering usable product in an iterative process gives all parties (Stakeholders\, Product Owners\, Engineers and Customers) the greatest chance of success. I love to be a part of seeing and helping people succeed.
