Melbourne MeetUp

We are looking for this energetic community to refocus the HofA Meetups to be about what real world problems the Heart of Agile can help to solve.

Bring your gnarly problems, the ones that are taking time and energy from your teams. Pitch your problem, see if it resonates with the broader group. We will then come together to form an aggregate view of current common industry problems and trends, and develop a backlog whereby we will learn Heart of of Agile quadrant based tools and techniques to tackle your real world problems.

We provide a safe space and facilitation to the goal. What happens in HofA Stays in HofA!

Agenda might look like:
17:30 – mingling, greeting, food and drinks
18:00 – Sole to give us an overview of whats making HofA waves in Europe
18:15 – 1: 2: All Your Problem. This Means
1: reflect and write in silence
2: share with the person next to you, get feedback, adapt your problem
All: Pitch the problem in 1 minute to the entire group – if you wish
19:00 – Lets aggregate the problems where there are common themes
19:15 – Arrange a backlog by priority order / voting
19:30 – All things being equal the 2020 agenda may be established!
